« Step far from the blows of heart, a wine to mark on white stone.
Constant of one but, it sings butter and hazel nut within of one elegant bouquet
and all in smoothness.
It cherishes the palate, takes its take-off and goes up in power.
A chardonnay chablisien that you guard a long time on the papillae and that
you will preserve a few years in cellar.
Until 10 years, it would not be surprising ».

« one finds in this wine of the character and a fine evolution
towards wax notes.
A wine which starts to reveal its style of soil and its mineral and crystallized
notes.
Interesting, it offers a beautiful complexity

note 7/10 :
« a wine combining the fat, the mineral and the fruit in a balanced
aromatic expression.
One finds in mouth the same style and the unit is held by a good acidity »

CRU VAILLONS 1999 : note 8/10 :
« the dress goes on gilded notes, the nose is marked by a fruit
expression of good evolution.
The mouth ils full with matter, volume and length. A good style to keep two
more three years ».

« an engaging wine which one appreciates texture, the roundness
and clear aromatic expression. Heady, intense nose on citrus fruits, the flowers
and mineral. One finds this trilogy in mouth associated with a beautiful acidity
and a beautiful freshness. To reserve on a fine fish ».

CHABLIS
PREMIER CRU VAILLONS 2001
"The
first impression is pleasant, with a hint of gingerbread. The second impression
takes in its general constitution, balance and long-tasting taste. Here again,
the effect is positive. The nose is fairly spicy and the colour is typical
of the region. It has a certain austerity, but is harmonious and well-assembled
- a wine worth keeping for a year or two. "

"Light,
golden colour. The nose is young and austere, expressing a mineral and fruity
register. In the mouth, it is a full-bodied Chablis, reflecting the aromatic
register of the nose. With its overall balance, this Chablis is a wine reflecting
the local terroir."
